Face Sheets:
Material: Typically rust-proof aluminum alloy.
Surface Treatment:
PVDF Coating: The most common and suitable treatment for exteriors. Uses PVDF paint, offering excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, corrosion resistance, self-cleaning properties, and long-lasting color stability.
Anodized: Forms a hard oxide layer, providing a unique metallic finish and tech aesthetic, with good scratch resistance, but relatively fewer color options.
Roll Coating / PE Spray Coating: Cost-effective, suitable for projects with lower requirements.
Core Layer:
Material: Hexagonal honeycomb core made from aluminum foil. The honeycomb structure is one of the most stable and efficient structures found in nature.
Function: While ensuring very high strength, it traps air within its numerous cells, achieving superior rigidity and excellent thermal insulation and acoustic performance.
Adhesive:
High-performance epoxy structural adhesive or polyurethane adhesive is used. The panels and core are firmly bonded on continuous hot-press production lines, ensuring the panels do not delaminate or separate under harsh outdoor conditions.

Common Curtain Wall Forms
Aluminum honeycomb panels can be processed into various curtain wall systems based on design requirements:
Cassette Panel Curtain Wall: The most common form. Features folded edges on all four sides, connected to the support structure via brackets, offering safe and reliable structural performance.
Hook-on Panel Curtain Wall: Adjacent panels interlock with each other. No sealant is used at the joints, resulting in a clean appearance and smooth drainage.
Corrugated / Perforated Panel Curtain Wall: Formed by pressing into 3D corrugations/patterns or perforated, combining decoration with functions like ventilation and sun-shading.
